Schedule: Monday-Friday | 100% Onsite | 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM OR 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Position Summary
Ultimate Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Manufacturing Administrator to support the operations of a growing aerospace organization. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting both internal teams and external customers.
The ideal candidate will provide a variety of administrative and customer service support functions related to manufacturing operations, ensuring accurate order processing, documentation management, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer quotes and orders through the company's ERP system while maintaining accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
- Perform data entry and maintain customer records and files.
- Assist with customer feedback initiatives, including phone calls and online surveys.
- Support shipping and receiving activities, monitor order status, and help ensure on-time delivery.
- Generate reports and provide updates to internal teams regarding order status and manufacturing activities.
- Maintain operational documents, manuals, and training records.
- Build positive working relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve questions or concerns in a timely manner.
- Perform additional administrative and operational support duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education or 1-2 years of related administrative, customer service, order processing, or office support experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service mindset and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with Epicor, Connect ERP, or another ERP system strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
